Our company’s objective is to ensure our clients have a quality,
fun learning experience in the outdoors, We tailor risk management
levels to suit each individual or group. Clients can choose to be
pampered or taken to their limits.
We have been based in Taupo (gateway to the great outdoors) for
14 years, working in the outdoor industry for more than 20 years,
specialising in kayak instruction and adventure based learning.
The huge amount of local and community support has been imperative
to the growth of Bruce Webber Adventures and has given us access
to some very special areas which make what we offer unique.
We offer activities to conference groups (both large and small),
corporate business, polytechnics, outdoor groups an independent
travellers.
Learning by doing – Team building
We use a variety of outdoor activities that are both simulating
and highly challenging to create all sorts of exciting programmes
that can enhance leadership and build on trust, team and personal
development. These programmes include a combination of kayaking,
abseiling and mountain biking, or ropes courses, climbing walls,
creative orienteering -`The Quest` and much much more.
We can co-ordinate everything from a three-hour adventure based
activity to a three week long programme either at your own chosen
venue or here in Taupo. Activities can be as physical or non physical
as you like.
Kayaking Programmes, Instructions and Guiding
We are a company that specialises in kayaking. Our courses offer
a variety including an introduction to kayaking, introduction to
white water, eskimo rolling, white water refreshers, white water
skills enhancement, slalom and multisport techniques, kayak rodeo
courses to name a few. We also offer guided trips on a variety of
rivers from gentle moving water for beginners to big bouncy white
water for the more experienced.
Consultation:
After consultation to find your requirements, activities and/or
courses are selected and programmes are developed to complement
your organisations culture and participants’ abilities.
We pride ourselves in being creative and fun. We are totally committed
to, and believe in what we do. Helping people enjoy the outdoors
is what we do best.
