Increasing levels of accidents and injuries in the maritime adventure tourism sector have led the Maritime Safety Authority (MSA) to adopt new approachs of safety management to use within the sector. The nature of commercial adventure activity such as white water rafting and jet boating, and its inherent risks, has meant that significant alterations have been required to past methods.
