Organisers:
A lot of people worked very hard to bring this conference together.

Particular thanks go to the following sponsors and people for making it happen.

SPARC
Nick Hill, Mark France and Deb Hurdle

Water Safety New Zealand
Alan Muir, Brendon Ward and Chris Robinson

SFRITO
Judy Smith and Richard Beedie

Outdoors New Zealand
Chris Knol, Grant Davidson and Anne Tresch

Leading up to the event, and over the three days that it happened, many staff at the SEHOPC got behind it and helped to make it all work. The venue was ideal and the outcome fantastic.

Of particular note is the work of Maureen Mulgrew and the energy of Grant Davidson, who drove his concept of the conference through to reality.

An evaluation of the conference was completed.
Copies of this are available from Outdoors NZ.

For those of you there, you will know that 99% of people had a great time.

Plans are being considered for a further forum in late 2003.
