Professional; Degree in Phys.Ed and Adventure-related Experimental Learning.
Graduate Diploma in Industrial Psychology
1992-2000: Managing Director of Rubicon Network Pty (Ltd) South Africa: One of the leading companies in designing and construction of Adventure and Ropes courses.
Organizational Development training provider, using Adventure Based Learning to conduct the full spectrum of Management and Personnel Development courses.
Currently: Camp Director for New Zealand YMCA Camp Adair.
Contribution to the Industry: Developed specialised facilitator training for management trainers, youth at risk training, and project-management trainers. This included rewriting international management courses based on Adventure-related Experimental Learning. Designed and constructed one of the largest Ropes courses to replace the challenge course component of the leadership-training program for the South African Defence Force.
